empty shampoounsafe neighborhood
The hotel staff seemed underprepared during the busy season. The parking was not actually in the building, and it could not accommodate my car. The windows did not open, and the room lacked basic amenities like utensils. i also noticed the shampoo bottle was empty, annoying. i also found the area felt a bit unsafe due to the presence of many homeless people.

Excellent Downtown Stay

The room included a large counter desk, perfect for work. Blackout curtains ensured restful sleep, and the beds and pillows offered great comfort. I also utilized the nice pool, sauna, and gym facilities .
The breakfast area was quite busy and occasionally lacked available seating, which proved slightly inconvenient during peak hours. It was a minor drawback in an otherwise satisfactory stay.

The breakfast includes a sufficient, convenient option though somewhat limited. Highchairs are sufficiently available, great for those who arrive with toddlers. The hotel is close to IGA supermarket.

I had some issues with the gym. a cleaner came in and started spraying cleanser everywhere! she even sprayed it directly on my phone and water glass. it made it impossible to breathe properly while exercising. also, the bar was closed one night. I saw many people walk up, realize it was closed, and leave.

the room had a king size bed and a sofa bed. i stayed in a king room with sofa bed city view. the room included a coffee machine with four nespresso capsules daily.
the air conditioning was weak and difficult to adjust.
